Placing an Order
Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 72 hours. You will receive an email when your order is shipped, this will include your delivery confirmation or tracking information for your order. If products are backordered, you will be notified shortly after order is placed.
Shopping Online
For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via Pay pal where you may use your credit card for ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us. Payment
We understand your concern for on-line shopping security. We are happy to accept payments via Pay Pal. Pay Pal is free and easy to use. You can pay via credit card or pay directly from your bank account. All credit card information is transmitted securely using SSL technology. We respect the information you share with us as personal and confidential. Any information we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order. Sales Tax
A sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Texas.
Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary from product to product. Some of our custom products are individually constructed and created at the time your order is placed and considered made-to-order, please allow 3-6 weeks for completion and 3-7 days for shipping. Brenna Lee's will make every effort to expedite your order, however we work with many artisans and manufactures therefore shipping schedules may vary and can exceed 6 weeks on rare occasion. You will be notified by email or phone if there will be a delay in your order. We do ship in stock items within 48 hours after the order is placed. We use USPS PRIORITY MAIL with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION primarily as the shipper. The shipping charges include shipping and handling and a delivery confirmation. If you would like to insure your order, please see chart below. Please note that we do not process orders during weekends or major holidays, so plan your order accordingly. If you would like your order shipped overnight, please contact us directly to discuss the carrier and rate.

These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally. Brenna Lee's is NOT responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipping unless they are insured.
Our Standard Return Policy is the Following
Brenna Lee's goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality service and merchandise. If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 business days of receiving it for an exchange, or refund, less the shipping & handling charges. YOU MUST CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER*. If you fail to notify Brenna Lee's of your desire to replace or return your purchase within the 7 day window, or if Brenna Lee's suspects an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Brenna Lee's reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.
Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection carefully, as these items are not returnable. Should you experience any workmanship problems with your purchase, Brenna Lee's will repair or replace the product at Brenna Lee's election, given the item is not worn, and is complete in its original packaging. Customer understands that any product containing stones and/or crystals is not a "personal satisfaction" contract. While we do our very best to ensure quality, stones can be lost. Proper care is always advised for your genuine leather and Swarovski adorned items. Brenna Lee's is not responsible for any crystal(s) and/or stone(s) loss due to exceptional wear or handling.*
*All Returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number, which we will assign upon approval of your return. Please call 936-404-7858 or e-mail us at Brenda@brennalees.com for a Return Authorization number. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ANY ITEM THAT IS PURCHASED ON SALE OR THAT IS A SPECIAL ORDER IS NON-RETURNABLE...ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THESE ITEMS!
Return Guidelines
- Jewelry that has been used or worn cannot be returned unless there is damage due to a manufacturer's defect. *Crystals and/or stones falling out in most cases will not make the item returnable.
- All items must be returned in new, unused, unlaundered, condition within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- Enclose a copy of the Order Receipt, circle the item that you're returning and include your Return Authorization Number!!
- Return items must be sent prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
- Insurance and tracking is recommended for your return package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit to our return address.
- No refunds on shipping charges or return shipping charges unless there is damage due to a manufacturer's defect or we have shipped you the wrong item.
- Merchandise must be packed in its original or appropriate packaging.
- Shoes (unworn only) must be returned in their original shoebox with out damage to the box. Do not write on or tape. Please wrap the box in paper or place into a larger box for shipping.
- Once Brenna Lee's has received your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment that was received, or a new product will be shipped to you.

Shipment Refusal
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the delivery.
Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged
Brenna Lee's is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100. Items sent via US postal Service are not traceable or insured unless you specifically request those services.

Brenna Lee's upholds the warranties offered by the artisans and manufacturers who craft our products. Manufacturer's warranties vary, so we encourage you to ask a Brenna Lee's consultant for specific warranty information on products of interest.
